ASTRI and FSE Lifestyle Sign MoU to Explore Advanced AI Technologies for Smarter Lifestyle Services

5 March 2026 – Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited (“ASTRI”) and FSE Lifestyle Services Limited (“FSE Lifestyle””, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, stock code: 331.HK) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) to explore potential collaboration aimed at driving innovation, boosting operational efficiency and elevating service delivery through advanced technologies.

The signing ceremony was held at ASTRI’s Technovation Centre, attended by key representatives from both parties. The MoU was signed by Ir Chris Chong, Chief Operating Officer of ASTRI and Mr Alvin Lee, Executive Director of FSE Lifestyle.

The MoU focuses on potential collaboration in the following areas:

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
• Speech Analytics
• Document Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) (Tender Comparison)
• Smart Computer-Aided Design (“CAD”) Drawing Analytics and Automatic Compliance Checking

These technologies offer strong potential to streamline document processing, enhance accuracy in tenders and contracts, automate compliance verification for building plans and drawings, and improve overall operational intelligence in the facility management, electrical and mechanical (“E&M”) engineering, and city essential services of FSE Lifestyle. Leveraging ASTRI’s advanced AI and intelligent systems, the collaboration will pave the way for practical applications that promote smarter and more sustainable lifestyle services in Hong Kong.
