The full set of tender proposal and price offer must be properly completed by no later than 12:00 noon (HK Time) on the above closing date.

In the event of a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning or extreme condition after super typhoon issued by the Hong Kong Observatory is hoisted between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on the closing date, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12 noon on the next working day.
ASTRI does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the tender is based on a marking scheme or formula approach has the highest overall mark.
ASTRI reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
