Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) is an endoscope that combines ultrasound technology. It can not only observe the surface morphology of the mucosa, but also obtain the histological information of the tomogram, which solves the problem of insufficient depth resolution of standard endoscopes, especially EUS based on miniature ultrasonic probe that can obtain high-resolution ultrasound images by using high frequency transducer. However, the existing solutions of miniature ultrasonic probe diagnosis system are extremely expensive, which severely limits the clinical popularity. In this proposal, we will use advanced ultrasonic materials and double matching-layer technology to improve imaging quality, and innovatively design a dual-frequency miniature ultrasonic probe that can simultaneously acquire images with high-resolution and deep imaging depth. It solves the long-standing problem of existing solutions, that is, single-frequency probes can only acquire images with either high resolution or deep imaging depth. Using a fully embedded GPU to realize the ultrasound imaging algorithm, optimize the pre-processing algorithm and speckle noise reduction algorithm, and further improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the ultrasound image. Our solution reduces the overall cost of the system while improving the quality of ultrasound images, which will help small and medium-sized hospitals and hospitals in remote areas quickly acquire ultrasound endoscopy capabilities.
