Participants of PolyU Engineering Summer Camp 2016 visit ASTRI

25 secondary school students who participated in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) Engineering Summer Camp 2016 visited ASTRI on 3 Aug, 2016, as part of the programme of the camp.  Apart from learning the 5 major R & D directions of ASTRI, namely Financial Technologies, Intelligent Manufacturing, Next Generation Network, Health Technologies as well as Smart City, they also viewed some of the technology demonstrations such as Naked Eye 3D Display and e-Education and Information Platform for the elderly. The students found the visit interesting and gained a better understanding of the mission and roles of ASTRI.
