Proposal and price offer must be deposited in the proposal box located at the following address no later than 12:00 noon on the above closing date (Beijing time) OR submitted to the designated email address as per request for proposal instruction by no later than 12:00 noon on the above closing date (Beijing time).

In the event a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on the closing date, the closing time will be postponed to 12 noon on the next working day.
ASTRI does not bind itself to accept any proposal irrespective of whether the proposal is the lowest bid or, where the assessment of the proposals is based on a marking scheme or formula approach, the proposal has the highest overall mark.
ASTRI reserves the right to negotiate with any suppliers about the terms of the offer.
