This project aims to develop an intelligent mobile surveillance technology platform based on the requirement from Hong Kong Police Force and will promote it in Hong Kong & mainland public security, law enforcement and news reporter market. The mobile surveillance device will support 3G + LTE dual channels for mission critical visual communication with monitor center. It will also support mobile client-server information query, the video server will manage the video archive from cameras; track objects across camera network to lock suspect under different illumination environment, and query suspect’s information. To enhance the differentiation of this platform, error resilient H.264 video scalable coding & intelligent image signal processing are also included. The Hong Kong Police Force and mainland public security & law enforce department will benefit from the intelligence of the surveillance system. Manufacturer in PRD can license the design, and ride on the upward trend of mobile intelligent video surveillance and law enforce market.
