Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit talents in the market for ASTRI through proactive sourcing and advanced sourcing technique;
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment by collaborating with internal stakeholder, line manager, and candidate to ensure quality hire;
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategy and tool for successful talent acquisition;
  • Execute talent acquisition programs including Project Internship, Summer Internship, talent pool building, and employer branding such as Career Talk, Campus Recruitment, and Job Fair;
  • Prepare management report and data analytics on hiring matrix;
  • Ad hoc project as assigned by Head of Department.


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent with minimum 6 years end-to-end recruitment experience from agency or corporate setting. Less experienced candidate would be considered for Assistant Manager;
  • Track record in recruiting engineering/high tech roles. Previous related experience in China and Asia is a plus;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Able to engage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks concurrently;
  • A proactive and positive team player with a solution-driven mentality and a can-do attitude;
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Proven social networking proficiency;
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work under a five-day week schedule.
