Shenzhen entrepreneurs

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University organized a visiting tour to ASTRI for eighteen Shenzhen entrepreneurs on January 21 to gain a better understand of ASTRI's latest development and operation.

ASTRI’s Board Directors

ASTRI’s new Board Directors Prof. Andrew Chan (right, top picture), Mr George Hongchoy (left, top picture) and Ms Agnes Nardi (centre, top picture) visited the institute to gain a better understand of its latest development on February 14. They showed great interests in ASTRI’s home-grown technology during the lab tours (bottom picture).

Fujian Province Economic and Trade Commission and Department of Science and Technology

Delegation of Fujian Province Economic and Trade Commission and Department of Science and Technology visited ASTRI on February 15 to enhance collaboration. Deputy Director General Cao Jianping (standing) of Fujian Province Economic and Trade Commission introduced the delegates of Fujian enterprises.

Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce

A thirty-member delegation of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce visited ASTRI on February 22 to gain a better understand of its latest development and seek for collaboration opportunities.

Social Service Management Class

CEO Dr Cheung Nim-kwan (left) warmly received the Social Service Management Class on February 23. The thirty-member delegation came to learn more about ASTRI’s latest development and operation.

Fujian Development Research Centre

Rotary Club of Hong Kong North

Mr Paul Yin, SBS, BBS, JP (second from right, top picture), Former President, Rotary Club of Hong Kong North and Permanent Honorary President, Chinese Manufacturers' Association led a group of Rotary Club students from Munsang College and Shau Kei Wan East Government Secondary School to visit ASTRI on March 18. CEO Dr Cheung Nim-kwan (second from left, top picture) received the visitors and introduced the career prospect of innovation technology.

Xiamen Municipal People's Government

Vice Mayor of Xiamen Municipal People's Government Ye Chonggeng (right) together with representatives from Xiamen Municipal’s Economic Development Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau, Finance Bureau, Investment Promotion Agency, visited ASTRI on March 28 to introduce the State's 12th Five-year Plan and its economic impacts and enhance collaboration between ASTRI and the enterprises in Xiamen.
