光学叁维机器视觉系统,特别是结构光投影叁维机器视觉系统可以有助於显著地提高测量的精度和速度,并可以被广泛地应用到各种工业和非工业領域。 此计画旨在研究开发适用於测量和重建小型/移动物体的高速度及高精度的叁维机器视觉系统。为了实现此目标,本计画对以下具知識产权保护的平臺技术进行研究,包括:(1)自适应偏轴投影系统(2)无阴影多投影系统架构 (3)等座标图像撷取系统 (4) 单拍複式相移模式演算法 (5)编码相移演算法;并设计组装兩种原型样机用以验證上述技术(1)用於小型物体(如牙科/模具)叁维重构的扫描仪(2)用於光学自动检测机(AOI)/锡膏检测机(SPI) 叁维视觉系统。 本计画成果可被广泛用於SMT 制程、半导体、食品和药品生产的高速线上检测系统,另外亦可用於移动物体、人体的叁维测量和重建。全球叁维视觉市场在2010已达39 亿美元,并且预估2015 年可成长为58 亿美元。本计画将致力於帮助香港和珠叁角地区发展成为精密叁维测量技术研发中心和相关精密设备生产中心,以惠及整个本地产业,并促进产业升级。
