光學三維機器視覺系統,特別是結構光投影三維機器視覺系統可以有助於顯著地提高測量的精度和速度,並可以被廣泛地應用到各種工業和非工業領域。 此計畫旨在研究開發適用於測量和重建小型/移動物體的高速度及高精度的三維機器視覺系統。為了實現此目標,本計畫對以下具知識產權保護的平臺技術進行研究,包括:(1)自適應偏軸投影系統(2)無陰影多投影系統架構 (3)等座標圖像擷取系統 (4) 單拍複式相移模式演算法 (5)編碼相移演算法;並設計組裝兩種原型樣機用以驗證上述技術(1)用於小型物體(如牙科/模具)三維重構的掃描儀(2)用於光學自動檢測機(AOI)/錫膏檢測機(SPI) 三維視覺系統。 本計畫成果可被廣泛用於SMT 制程、半導體、食品和藥品生產的高速線上檢測系統,另外亦可用於移動物體、人體的三維測量和重建。全球三維視覺市場在2010已達39 億美元,並且預估2015 年可成長為58 億美元。本計畫將致力於幫助香港和珠三角地區發展成為精密三維測量技術研發中心和相關精密設備生產中心,以惠及整個本地產業,並促進產業升級。
