用電池工作的攜帶型電子產品越來越受到消費者的歡迎，幾乎人人都擁有移動電話、MP3、PDA或其他可攜帶的消費電子產品。人們對這些產品的功能和性能要求越來越高，但它們消耗的電源也越來越多。由於攜帶型電子產品的電源是由電池提供的，因此高效的電源管理積體電路技術對延長電池工作時間和壽命至關重要。本項目就是要開發一組商用電源管理晶片及其核心技術，它們包括低壓降線性穩壓器(LDO)、直流—直流轉換器以及電源管理專用器件等，我們將複用這些IP來構建更複雜的電源管理晶片解決方案。因此我們不僅專注於目前的市場需求而帶來立即的收入，而且也致力於為香港的技術未來開發先進的模擬積體電路技術。
