    在生產製造過程中,表面品質對終端產品的外觀和零件功能都是非常重要的評定 參數. 以一個 iPhone 的代工廠為例,在 iPhone 的製造流程中,大於 30%的人工 均消耗在手機的外觀檢測上,每年需支付給檢測員的人工高達 48 億人民幣。 然而隨著近幾年中國每年大於 10%的工資增長速度,低勞動成本在中國已不復 存在。因此削減人工成本已成為各製造企業最為重要和急需解決的問題。基於智 慧圖像採集和影像處理技術的自動化機器視覺檢測系統是解決這一問題的有效 方案。它可以全面提高生產速度和品質進而取代昂貴的劳动力。 本項目主要目的是開發一套針對不同表面特性的系統級智能線上機器視覺表面 檢測技術平臺。為開發此技術,本項目將專注下列有專利保護的平臺技術的開發, 包括 1). 多層透明表面瑕疵檢測 2)彎曲透明表面瑕疵檢測 3)混合表面瑕疵檢測。 上述技術可廣泛應用於手機、平板電腦、筆記本和桌上型電腦等各種消費類電子 在生產過程中的表面品質檢測,該類產品超過 60%均在中國生產製造。據 IDC 預測,2014 年,全世界智慧手機的出貨量將達到 12 億部,平板電腦出貨量達 2.6 億部,筆記本和桌式電腦出貨量則達到 2.9 億部,且該趨勢在未來幾年將不斷上漲。這意味著對檢測設備的出貨需求量將超過 20000 台/年。按每台設備 100 萬人民幣估值,該技術平臺將給業界每年帶來超過 200 億人民幣的產值。
