There will be two major deliverables in this Elderly Healthcare Solution Platform project: 1. Dynamic device management Medical device profile related to GUI display template, protocol, and behavior of sending collected health data for dynamic data management. This can remove the difficulty arises from proliferation of vital sign measurement devices faced by elderly. 2. Sharing & notification for platform enhancement Sharing & notification capability to facilitate caregivers involved in elderly healthcare.

長者醫療保健解決方案平台項目旨在開發一個為企業和消費者市場（如長者醫療保健中心和住家）專門針對老年人的醫療保健的平台。長者醫療保健一般相關的問題是：慢性疾病的預防意識，個人在醫療保健上的持久性，以及長者在使用生命體徵測量設備上隱藏其複雜性，以實現良好的用戶體驗。 利用信息和通信技術，通過動態設備管理以及共享和通知功能，讓照顧者參與長者的醫療保健，可以去除或減輕長者醫療保健所面臨的上述問題。
