means all things that you may see, read, hear, access or download on or via this Site (including without limitation information, data, content, communications, software, scripting, trade names, logos, photos, pictures, programs, text, videos, graphics, music, sounds, images and other materials and services found on this Site);“Hong Kong”
means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China;“the Sites”
means this Site and other website(s) from time to time hosted by ASTRI.
2. Changes to the TOU and this Site
We may, at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you, amend the TOU. By continuing to use this Site following any such amendment, you agree to be bound by such amendment.
We may, at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you, modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue this Site or the Content or any part thereof.
We reserve the right to refuse, deny or terminate your access to this Site or the Content or any part thereof at any time in our sole discretion.
3. User’s Conduct

use this Site or the Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this TOU;

The Content contains intellectual properties of ASTRI and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other applicable laws. All rights in and in relation to the Content not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Except with our prior written consent, you must not, by yourself or through other persons, do any of the following:
(a) upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works based on, or otherwise use any part of the Content for any purpose other than expressly permitted by this TOU; (b) reverse engineer any part of the Content consisting of downloadable software; or (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of any person in using the Site or the Content.Use of the Site and the Content does not confer upon you any licence to use our or any third party’s intellectual property right in any manner and for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by the TOU.
9. Links to and from this Site and Third Party Information
This Site may provide links to other third-party websites and/or contains information provided by third party providers. We make no representation or warranty whatsoever about any third-party site and the contents thereon, nor do we make any recommendation or endorsement of the third party information which you may access on or through this Site.

We accept no liability whatsoever for any losses or damages arising out of any use of or reliance on any such third-party sites, the contents, products and/or services available on or through any such sites.
10. Cancellation
Where you have registered with us, you may cancel such registration at any time by a written notice to us by email to corporate@astri.org.
We may cancel your registration if you do not visit this Site for an extended period of time, or if you are found in breach of any term of this TOU, or we reasonably believe that you have violated any applicable laws.
11. Enforceability
If any term of this TOU shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such term shall be deemed severable from this TOU and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law
This TOU shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
13. Survival of Termination
With the exception of Clauses 5 and 11 hereof, all the other terms of this TOU shall survive cancellation of your registration or termination of this TOU.
