本專案致力於為基於嵌入式消費電子設備或者軟體終端在點對點IPTV應用上開發廣播加密的數位版權管理技術。將要開發的核心技術包括基於點對點視頻廣播傳輸所需要的廣播加密引擎和數位版權管理方案。本項目中領先的為嵌入式點對點IPTV視頻傳播的基於廣播加密的數位版權管理方案將會結合針對運營商和服務提供商的點對點視頻傳輸（iShare）和高質量安全傳輸的IPTV服務。
