    具有高安全性電池模組越來越得到更多的關注,起因於鋰離子電池潛在有內部溫度的升高而引起的爆炸和起火的危險威脅。尤其是用於動力如電動汽車和滑板車等上的電池模組,由於經常處於高電流脈沖和高連續放電倍率下使用,電池溫度偏高容易引起電池局部部位發生劣化。當電池處在苛刻條件下,包括過充,短路,遭受沖擊時,該部位將可能率先成為引起快速發熱的起點而導致電池中產生危險的熱失控,並在電池模組中擴散開進而衍生嚴重的火災事件。本項目基於安全性角度考慮,設計具有智能熱管理功能的電池模組。主要包含置於電池中的電子傳導增強劑和自關閉層功能二個部分。透過具雙親和功能超分子技術的建立和應用,將能使得導電增強劑在電極活性層上能有效負載並且獲得均勻分散。此技術可帶來降低電池歐姆熱阻,以達到降低電池內部熱量產生的效果。此外,本項目並設計了一個具有溫度敏感性的自關閉層於電池隔膜上。這個隔膜層是由高分子共聚物粒子所組成的多孔道結構。這個隔膜層置於電池正極和負極之間,並預訂當溫度處在90-120℃時,其能通過軟化而關閉自身的孔道,從而隔絕電池反應,阻止了電池持續升高到可引發熱失控效應的危險溫度範圍。以上智能熱管理功能將於一只10-24V型的電池模組上進行設計示範及實際應用效果。
