The presentation covers issues relating to patent portfolios, more particularly, techniques for producing strong patent portfolios and for determining the strength/value of the same.
The first part of the seminar will cover strategies for developing patents and establishing IP procedures for achieve such goals. Then, the various options for monetizing one’s patents will be discussed, including current trends in IP monetization.
The latter part of the seminar will go over different valuation techniques and instances of when these techniques are implemented. Finally, there will be a significant question and answer session.
There is a very large amount of information for the attendees’ review. The presenter, Mr. Stein, will try to engage with the attendees, to focus his time on the issues that are of the most interest to them. Audience participation will be encouraged, to maximize the benefit them and to address as many questions/concerns they may have. Feel free to bring your questions and issues.
