China International Opto-electronic Exposition (CIOE 2018)

Starting in 1999, CIOE has established itself as the largest show of its kind in the world featuring over 3,200 optoelectronic brands and their latest products encompassing an area of 110,000 sqm at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre. There are seven concurrent specialised expositions showcasing innovations in Optical Communications, Lasers, Infrared Applications, Precision Optics, Lens and Camera Module, Data Centre, Opto-electronic Sensors and Photonics.

As an annual business networking and professional platform for opto-electronic professionals from around the world, , CIOE is a great place for ASTRI to promote the latest developments in its opto-electronic R&D innovations. ASTRI Opto-electronics (OE) team will engage with industry partners, potential customers and the wider ecosystem exchanging views and insights on intelligent manufacturing, display and sensing technologies.

2018 is the 20th anniversary of this grand show. It is also special for ASTRI – it is co-organising this edition of the  CIOE. ASTRI is facilitating three Technology Forums covering key technology topics that are of great interest to the industry:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) for manufacturing;
  • Next generation display and sensing;
  • Optical inspection for environment, food and healthcare

The Forums will also help to build and strengthen the related industry ecosystem.
