Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research for R&D projects related to chemical, biochemical and environmental sensing with cutting-edge technologies
- Work with device team to design and perform chemical or biochemical testing experiments, including chemical preparation
- Work with software team to develop reliable algorithm for chemical or biochemical determination
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science/Biomedical/Biochemistry or related fields with 6+ years' experience, or Master's Degree with 3+ years' experience, or PhD holder in related area. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer
- Knowledge of chemical/biochemical preparation
- Experience with optical sensing will be a plus
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Independent and able to work under stress
Application
Appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work under a five-day week schedule.
