Job Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team in algorithm and hardware architecture development.
- Assist in R&D project development.
- Carry out logic and software design.
- Research in latest Blockchain and AI applications.
- Train new talents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Electronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Engineering/ IC Design or related fields with 10+ years’ experience, or Master’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience, or PhD holder with 5+ years’ experience in related area.
- Algorithm Design experience in Blockchain and AI is an advantage.
- Experience in HDL coding is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in IC design and verification (e.g. System Verilog) is preferred.
- Experience in FPGA prototyping and debugging is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Passionate about new technology.

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
