Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of high quality executive and administrative support to C-suite executive.
  • Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule.
  • Handle the liaison and coordination with internal and external parties for matters and activities including managing meeting schedules and business appointments.
  • Assist in document management, the compilation of management reports, paper drafting and report writing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree or above with major in Communications, English, Translation, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of strategic executive officer, personal assistant and/or administration experience in sizable organizations, of which at least 5 years are at managerial level. Experience gained from public organization a plus.
  • Articulate, excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Office 365 applications including Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and self-motivated.

Appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work under a five-day week schedule.
