Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Implement branding, digital activities for a on strategy, on budget, on time delivery
  • Maintain brand assets, collateral, content and media library
  • Procurement and vendor management for ISO compliance
  • Implement internal and external digital communications programs, update website, intranet, eDM, accurate and timely media releases; and media & social media monitoring.
  • Execute content deployment plans for digital communications channels, including social media and online advertising campaigns.
  • Collation of digital performance reports, assist the Brand & Digital Comms senior manager to deliver measurement of success
  • Agencies and media partners day-to-day coordination.
  • Assist team seniors to deliver consistent and strategically aligned corporate narratives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with technology divisions (TD) for the delivery of branded content and Digital Comms strategies.
  • Support the teams in special strategic projects and major events as assigned.


  • Degree or above in Digital / new media, Branding, Marketing, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years progressive experience of branding, advertising media, marketing with strong digital skillset.
  • Solid experience in brands, digital, corporate comms, content creation, creative copy writing
  • Experienced and capable handling stakeholders’ relations and vendors management skills.
  • Experience in technology marketing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented in preparing reports.
  • Strong English language ability; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
