Electronics Components

  • Electronics Components (EC) Technology Division leverages its infrastructure and core competencies in four major aspects, including multi-physics designs, manufacturing process recipes, materials formulation and synthesis, and comprehensive R&D labs and pilot line. The Division focuses on high frequency and high power related applications, including consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and power electronics, etc. EC has the following two core competence groups:

    Li-Battery

Next generation materials for High Energy Density Lithium-ion batteries – Tin based Anode and Lithium rich Cathode.

    Packaging

One-stop product development and service, including product design, process development, manufacturability & reliability, modeling & simulation, performance evaluation & product qualification, and product small volume production, etc.
