I have always been interested in cutting edge technology, and successfully applying these technologies to the industry gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Q. What do you have to say to young girls who want to pursue a career in I&T?

Doing research and development in the I&T industry can be both fun and challenging for young women just entering the workforce.

The interesting thing is that you have the opportunity to get in touch with cutting-edge technologies, which can always bring you freshness and feel the pace of progress of the times.

The challenge is that you have to keep learning and constantly understand the market needs. The most difficult thing is how to communicate technical needs with customers from various industries and provide the most suitable solutions for customers.

Q. Tips to excel in the field of your research.

At work, learn more from seniors, communicate with colleagues more, practice more, and take small things seriously. You can learn knowledge and skills in any jobs. With the accumulation of experience, you will become an important member of the team and the key contributor of project.

Q. What is your biggest achievement to date?

The greatest achievement in my work is that the technology I developed has been widely used in the industry and brought stronger market competitiveness to customers, so society and human beings can get better services from these applications.
