Hong Kong Digital Living Consortium (DLC) www.hkdlc.org was established in 2007 with a mission to promote and sustain digital living ecosystem in Hong Kong and the Pear River Delta (PRD) region by facilitating industry to develop the next generation Consumer Electronic (CE) products and solutions that meet the emerging market needs with low cost, advanced technologies and fast time to market through valuable standards, technologies, market and industry knowledge sharing, industry networking and technology transfer.

The objectives of the Consortium are manifold, including but not limited to:

• To share market intelligence, technology advancement and standards development
• As a key representative of the local and PRD CE industry to reflect opinions on standard development to standard bodies
• To transfer technologies effectively and efficiently
• To provide a business platform among members for innovation, collaboration and networking
