Commissioner for Innovation and Technology (CIT), Miss Janet Wong (second from right) and Assistant Commissioner Mr S. S. Chan (second from left) paid a visit to ASTRI on 9 December to inspect the institute's progress on its R&D projects. Live demonstrations of TD-LTE, LED lights, tyre pressure monitoring system, e-learning, tele-health and surveillance system were conducted to give the visitors a better understanding of the latest development and commercialization status of these technologies. The visit was successfully concluded with recommendations and supports given by CIT for the institute’s future development.
