 ASTRI’s Material and Packaging Technologies Group hosted a seminar entitled “Latest Development in LED Packaging Materials and Process” on 13 October and invited experts from Japan to share their experiences.

 Ms Kathy Werner (right), Chair of IEEE P1734 Working Group, IP Strategy & Business Manager at Freescale delivered a presentation on “IEEE Standard for IP Quality” on 18 October.
