One of the most important quantitative performance targets that measure ASTRI's achievements is Income from Industry. While ASTRI as an R&D institution begins to engage customers and starts building a valuable brand name, the revenue received from industry through services such as licensing and sales of technologies, design and product development services will increase.
Income from industry is strongly linked and related to technology transfers. It requires considerable maturity of R&D organizations and teams, as well as the track records of reliable services, before it can grow and expand substantially. The table below compares the income from industry received by our five R&D domains in the last two financial years.
