The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the policy and strategic directions of ASTRI and making sure that the management follows. Directors are appointed by the Hong Kong SAR Government on a two-year term. The Board convenes its meetings normally at quarterly intervals or at any time on the requisition of a Director.
